Refund Policy

We promise to give you the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. We also make sure that every item we ship out is inspected for quality assurance.

Policy is as follows:

Defective merchandise may be returned within 3-days from receipt of when your item was purchased. You must contact The Big Vape Theory in order to return items, and they must be accepted with an RMA”Return Merchandise Authorization”. Non-approved returns will not be accepted.

Upon return of defective merchandise we will replace the defective item with a new and working one. Should an item be inspected, and deemed not to be defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, deemed defective, and we are not be able to replace the defective merchandise: we will issue a store-credit for the purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

We only accept returns on mechanical hardware unless otherwise stated on the product page. All liquids, drip tips cartomizers and atomizers is sold As-Is, with no warranties express nor implied.

All sales are final.

To receive an RMA number you must contact orders@thebigvapetheory.com. An authorized representative will then issue the RMA and return information. Do not send packages back to the address you received them from, they will be refused. Do not send back any item without the correct RMA information on the package – they will be refused. RMA returns must be accepted at the post office within 2 weeks of the RMA being issued, or your return will be canceled. The buyer is responsible for all return postage on authorized RMA as well as refused or rejected returns.

We do not accept returns or replacements due to user error, for example reasons such as: I don’t like it – I thought it was something else – I did not like the color – I didn’t know what I was buying – It doesn’t fit my current model, etc. – will not be accepted for return. We expect you to take responsibility for your own decisions in these types of matters. Please do not return anything without an RMA number – any non authorized merchandise returns will be returned to sender, or thrown away at your expense. We do not accept returns on physically damaged items.
